If there were more than five stars, I would give them more. This hidden gem, is the best. Open Monday through Friday till 8 PM. I have yet to try something on their menu that was not perfection. Megan is the greeter the master of ceremonies service with a smile. It's really hard to pick a favorite item. The Vesuvio pasta I love because it reminds me of something I make that I no longer have to. Every pizza we've had is delicious every salad, the cookies the focaccia whatever it is try it it's wonderful.

Went here for lunch with my coworkers and was very impressed. The presentation and plating of the food was top notch and everything from their pizzas to their pastas tasted so good. I could go into detail but you just need to check this place out. Service was great and there's an open space cafe style eating area.

I remember being very excited the first time I noticed the Parlor was coming to this part of Tustin. Ever since the pasta place in the Union Market (rest in peace) closed, there hasn't been anything in the Tustin Legacy area for good quality quick service pasta. That all changed with the Parlor! Tucked away in an office building, I found out about the place when I was going to the bakery next door. I kept my eye on the place and went there as soon I saw they were doing their soft opening. I am a huge lover of pasta, and while Orange County is lacking with good pasta places, I have had my fair share of really great Italian eats elsewhere in SoCal. I've been to the Parlor at least half a dozen times now and have tried most if not all of the pastas on their main menu. I also got to sample a bunch of their pizzas during their grand opening, which were good but I'm going to focus on talking about their pastas and soup. The pastas at the Parlor are quite good, but are for a certain type of person. If you don't like your pasta al dente and want enough to take home, this is not the place for you. Do not be surprised if you are not stuffed after ordering a pasta dish. Every dish is under $20 and is made with extremely fresh and high quality ingredients, so dishes are priced accordingly. In particular I like the rigatoni bolognese. The beef short rib that makes the ragu is cooked perfectly and is so delicious. There are a few other dishes I like that have that show up on their daily specials menu, but of course it makes it tricky to recommend any because they are extremely limited time offerings, only showing up for a day or two. If you have Instagram, I recommend giving their account a follow because that's how I am made aware of their specials. Thankfully I live close to this place, otherwise there would have been times I missed out of something amazing. Speaking of something amazing, the inspiration for this review was their soup from a few nights ago. It seemed like their take on minestrone soup, with noodles and vegetables mixed together. I realized, despite being a soup lover, that I had never tried their soup. I noticed that the noodles used for the soup was vesuvio, which is a volcano-inspired pasta shape. That was enough to make me try it, as I love crazy pasta shapes. I unfortunately did not take a picture, but the soup was absolutely delicious and very filling. I was so sad I did not try this one earlier. This soup plus their to die for focaccia bread made a perfect meal. And I had enough to eat another meal with! This soup was so good it even made me eat kale! Truly a spectacular item that I only wish was on the menu permanently. Today I went again to try a different soup that was on the specials menu, a butternut squash one. In the past two years I have become a huge fan of squash, and adore it as a topping on almost anything. Sadly, this soup did not do it for me as much as the previous one. It was a pureed soup, meaning it was basically the same texture throughout. It was topped with a dollop of crème fraiche but that was it. Not only was this soup a lot less interesting, it was also a lot less filling. In cases like this I think different types of soups should be priced differently, but both of the soups I had were $9 each. The bread was still delicious, as always. I do wish they had a bigger permanent menu, which included a few more pasta dish options as well as a soup or two. In particular a cream sauce would be a welcome addition. They should also consider adding more gluten free options besides the salads. These pasta sauces are so good it's a shame that they don't offer a gluten free pasta shape as an option! As for the location, as I mentioned it is in a weird spot, but there is a huge seating area right outside of the place, meaning you don't have to sit right inside the restaurant. Which is good because when I went today they had a speaker blasting inside! It wasn't super busy as I came at dinner time but I'm glad I had other seating options. At lunch this building does get crowded since it has become a popular place to study or work. All that said, I think this is a great spot to check out if you are looking for some Italian food in this area that isn't a fancy restaurant. If anything I will keep coming back for their bread, and I'll be keeping my eye out for that one soup!

DELICIOUS PIZZA!!! I ordered a Margherita pizza with San Marzano red tomato sauce and mozzarella fior di latte, and nothing else. Unlike buffalo mozzarella cheese, fior di latti is a creamy cheese made from cow's milk. In my opinion, the price of the pizza was reasonable. FRIENDLY COUNTER STAFF: The Manager "Megan" and the front counter staff was very efficient and answered my questions about the Margherita pizza and the red sauce, including a discussion of cheese toppings. Thank you very much to Megan and to the rest of the hard-working front counter staff for friendly customer service - 5-stars! MARGHERITA NEOPOLITAN PIZZA: The Margherita pizza crust was hot, thin, chewy and flavorful, with a nice amount of char from the wood-fired oven. The fior di latte cheese was thick, delicate, fresh and creamy. The San Marzano red sauce was seasoned just right - not too sweet and not too salty. There was abundant fior di latte mozarella cheese on my pizza and all of the cheese was stretchy with a firm texture. The pizza was delicious and I have already returned to The Parlor for more pizzas! THE LOCATION - INDUSTRIAL BUILDING: The Parlor is housed in a big industrial building near the corner of Red Hill and Bell Avenue. The front door to The Parlor was not readily visible from Red Hill Avenue but there was a sign with the name of "The Parlor" on it at the entrance to a large parking lot off of Bell Avenue. So, I drove into that parking lot. After I parked my car in the parking lot, I found the entrance to The Parlor. Thank you.

This restaurant is an absolute gem. Pizza here is fantastic and is always a go to spot. The crust is perfectly crisp, the toppings are fresh, and each slice is packed with flavor. We tried both the Sausage & Peppers and the Fiori e Limone. Both were amazing. You really can't go wrong with either one. They use high-quality ingredients, and it makes all the difference. They do serve other food, such as salad and pasta, but we have always gotten pizza. What really sets this place apart is the scenery. The ambiance is gorgeous, with a cool, relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for a night out with friends or a casual dinner. I love that The Parlor is a local spot, and it's become a go-to for me in the area. The combination of great food, great atmosphere, and supporting local businesses makes this place a winner.

I had the sausage and pepper pizza and it was delicious. The staff were friendly and the restaurant is cool, it is in a warehouse type of restaurant. Definitely want to go back and try some of the other pizzas and the pastas they have.

Can it be considered "hole in the wall" if the space is massive but unassuming and hard to find? lol. Either way I'm so glad i found this gem with the most delicious and unique pizza. We ordered the sausage & peppers pizza and the Fiori e limone pizza. The crust was perfect on both of them. Not only was it crispy and airy like the ones in Italy, it also tasted great. The sausage and peppers pizza was packed with flavor. The peppers tasted like pickled jalapeños. I was skeptical about the fiori e limone at first since I wasn't sure about having lemon slices and zucchini on pizza, but I understood the hype after the first bite. The flavors are light and bright but somehow still really satisfying. This place is dog friendly so we brought our puppy with us. They have a nice airy patio as well, perfect for a casual date.

The pizzas were really good, good size, the only thing i would say is you need to eat a bit fast because once the pizza gets cold the cheese doesnt taste that great. So as long as you eat it while its hot its good. Cross the hallway there is plenty of places to sit down and eat, it gives warehouse vibes. We were a little confused on if we had to clean up ourselves but someone came and took our trays for us.

Food - think style crust pizza. Was looking for a New Haven pizza style and this came up. Ordered the sausage and peppers pizza and it sure was think crust and it was slightly spicy. When thinking New Haven style, it's indeed thin crust but slightly crispier. What I got was thin, but slightly on the softer side. Good but could be cooked a little more? I think I just need to ask for it to sit in their stone oven a little longer. Service - was good for what this place is Ambiance - it's a warehouse type off the business beaten path. Industrial feel big warehouse type dining place. Maybe used to be a furniture warehouse? Who knows. Quite unique. Verdict - it was good and worth a try at least once.
